"I had been a customer of Bryan Jackson for several years, actually I rarely ever would see him in the office. March of 2025 came by the office to get a home quote but was told by the lady at the front desk that their was a hail storm and we can't help you now in an extremely nasty tone, This was normal from her. Call about 2 weeks later and gave my information for the quote, crickets no response. Went into the office asking about my quote and complained that this was the 2nd time coming in because the first time I was told basically that I wasn't worth her time since they were dealing with several storm claims. We were getting close to our closing date and I needed the quote. I came in asking about the quote and the lady from the front desk hurries into Bryan's office (one of few times there). Bryan asks me to his office and closes the door. He said that he didn't want my business because of what happened. I attempted to tell him what happened but he didn't want to hear anything and repeated that he didn't need my business. So if you want State Farm Insurance, please do great company, however make sure that you DON'T choose Bryan Jackson if you want an agent who is interested in you. Service is the worse I've ever dealt with."

"These 5 stars go to Jordan, he went above and beyond for me and helped me get through this stressful ordeal with the claims department issues I was having!! Despite the fact that I was told that it wouldn’t do any good for me to call a certain person at State Farm (not Jordan) and that there was nothing they could do for me but I could call but it wouldn’t do any good and that person was wrong. I went into State Farm went to Jordan‘s office he was very patient with me and made a few phone calls And showed me that there is something he could do and he did it and he solved my problem that I was having for three months in a matter of days. I have my roof and I owe it all to him. I 100% appreciate him and I’m continuing to stay with State Farm because of Jordan for sure Also Casey up front, she is so nice every time I call when I make my payments she is so easy to deal with and she already knows what I need and is very helpful when needed. Jordan is definitely a keeper, he actually wants to help and make sure you feel good about having State Farm as an Insurer!!"
