"After having our insurance with BJ State farm for over a decade, multiple policies vehicles and homeowner insurance. All it took was us to sell the home,a couple of comprehensive claims to fix a brand new truck due to debris in the road, and wind knocking boards into our car and us later selling the truck for Star Farm to completely drop us as customers. My assumption is since they no longer are getting $500 a month for the policy it's not worth them ensuring us. The cash cow is gone. Like good neighbor State FARM is there smiling in your face while holding a knife to your back. BEWARE ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ WHEN YOU BUY INSURANCE THROUGH STATE FARM."

"He has to be one of the worst agents we have ever worked with. The office employees are totally incompetent and cannot perform a simple request! Months and months of aggravation have led us to just drop State Farm and look elsewhere! They send us ID cards at random times all throughout the year. They raise our prices frequently and can't tell us why. They change our policy to suit their own needs. They also have no problem lying to cover their own butts!! I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone!!"

"Be careful of this group. I know they were unwilling to help with my ex husband in dealing with boat damage. I actually quit my policy with them and they charged my account and still sending me bills. After cancelling two months ago. Also have not received the credit to my account after 5 days. I would say skip State Farm all-together and especially this office!"
