Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our customer service team. Key responsibilities include
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Scheduling
  • Hiring and training office staff
  • Managing payroll
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the customer service team
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Compensation $50,000.00 per year
